Es wurde von einem Autor der als M.v.S. unterzeichnet erweitert bzw. vervollständigt, von Johannes Innsbrook und seinem Angestellten Albertus Mansoul gedruckt, und von Christoph Hassel of Wolfenburg gebunden.
